Mindy Whitehill comes to Hurley & Associates with a background in training & development, health coaching, and project improvement. A life-long Iowan, she was introduced to Hurley by her father-in-law and retired consultant, Barry Whitehill. In her role as Director of Development, she focuses on the Information Services and Human Resources areas for the organization.

She has a passion for continuous improvement and providing the Hurly & Associates team with the skill sets and technical tools to best serve our producers. It is important to her that Hurley & Associates has strong organization health; because through our people we can better communities, strengthen relationships and fulfill the Hurley & Associates mission.

Mindy and her husband, Derek, have four children. She enjoys traveling, meditation, and gardening.
