Justice grew up in Cold Spring, MN, and graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. During his time there, he spent summers gaining hands-on experience through internships with NDSU Potato Research, a local co-op, and a basic manufacturer.
Shortly after graduation, Justice discovered his passion for supporting producers through his work as an agronomist, where he partnered with family farms on decision-making processes around fertility, crop protection, and seed selection to help improve yield opportunities and manage risk.
He valued building strong relationships with the families he served and gaining an understanding of their long-term operational goals. He also focused on delivering value through problem solving, strategic planning, and practical, innovative thinking.
Justice continues that passion with Hurley & Associates, where he brings his experience to help clients develop customized market plans aligned with their financial goals.
Justice lives in Glenwood, MN with his wife, Haley, and their two children, Margot and Colter. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends.
