Dustin Poley is a Marketing Consultant with Hurley & Associates, where he works with agricultural producers to develop grain marketing and risk management strategies.
Dustin’s appreciation for agriculture began at an early age while spending time on his grandfather’s farm in southern Illinois. During his high school and early college years, he gained hands-on agricultural experience working for Missouri Potato in Southeast Missouri.
He graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Agricultural Education and began his career as an agriculture teacher and FFA advisor. He later transitioned into agricultural and commercial lending, partnering with farm families and rural businesses throughout the region. Those experiences strengthened his understanding of the financial and business challenges producers face.
Dustin joined Hurley & Associates because he wanted to work directly with farm families and be someone they can rely on when making important marketing decisions.
Dustin and his wife have three daughters and live in Southeast Missouri. He serves as Lay Leader at his local church and is an active member of the Lions Club. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and serving his community.
