Haley grew up near New London, MN, where the lessons learned on her family’s hobby farm shaped her character. Actively involved in 4-H and FFA, she gained invaluable skills in hard work, teamwork, integrity, honesty, and humility—principles she continues to rely on and develop each day.
Haley graduated from South Dakota State University in December 2024, receiving a degree in Agricultural Business with minors in Agribusiness Marketing and Commodity Risk Management. After completing a summer internship with Hurley & Associates in 2023, Haley is excited to officially join the team. Haley is passionate about serving and educating others. She is inspired by the people in agriculture and the vital role they play in feeding the world.
Haley sees great value in approaching farms and ranches as businesses and is eager to help producers leverage the available tools to achieve their goals. She is drawn to Hurley’s faith-based identity and core values. Outside of work, Haley enjoys attending livestock shows, spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, and spending time outdoors.
