Tanner Te Slaa joined Hurley & Associates after graduating from Augustana University with a double major in Business Administration and Finance. A native of Hull, Iowa, Tanner grew up on his family’s feedlot operation, gaining firsthand experience in production agriculture from a young age. His family also raises hogs and grows corn and soybeans, giving him experience across several areas of agriculture. Tanner also excelled athletically while playing college basketball at South Dakota State University and Augustana University.
Tanner was drawn to Hurley because of the opportunity to combine his background in agriculture and finance with his interest in working with and building relationships with producers. He enjoys learning about each operation and helping clients make informed decisions for their businesses.
Outside of work, Tanner enjoys golfing, staying involved in sports, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys helping on his family’s farm whenever he can.
