Justin was raised on his family’s dairy and row-crop farm in New Market, TN. This upbringing fostered an appreciation and passion for agriculture and the communities surrounding it. He spent much of his youth involved in various 4-H activities including the shooting sports and dairy programs. Through these activities and his time on the farm, he learned that hard work and dedication are necessary to sustain the agricultural lifestyle.

He attended the University of Tennessee where he received a degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Agricultural Business. While in college, he continued to look for new experiences within agriculture through various extracurricular and internship experiences. Justin knew that he wanted to find a career where he would be able to work on the farmer’s behalf and become a true partner in their operations.

It was this desire that led Justin to Hurley & Associates. He is excited to join the Hurley & Associates team and continue to serve producers’ needs through an individualized approach to risk management and financial accountability.
